Jordan L. Chaikin

As Senior Counsel at the Arnold Law Firm, Jordan L. Chaikin brings over two decades of experience representing clients in complex products liability and class action litigation across the United States. Respected for his strategic insight and collaborative leadership, Mr. Chaikin has dedicated his career to holding corporations accountable and securing justice for individuals and families harmed by defective products, consumer fraud, and corporate wrongdoing.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Chaikin has been appointed by federal courts across the country to serve in leadership roles in numerous high-profile class actions and multidistrict litigations (MDLs), where he has helped shape strategy, oversee discovery, and guide litigation, helping secure billions of dollars in relief for his clients and class members nationwide.

In 2014, Mr. Chaikin was inducted into the Florida Verdicts Hall of Fame by the Daily Business Review for his work in Dorothy Alexander as Personal Representative of the Estate of Coleman Alexander v. Lorillard Tobacco Co. After a three-week trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff on all counts, awarding $20 million in compensatory damages and $25 million in punitive damages. The case remains one of the most notable tobacco litigation victories in Florida.

Mr. Chaikin is also a frequent presenter at HarrisMartin and HB Litigation Conferences, where he shares his insights on key issues in complex class action litigation and multidistrict mass tort cases.

At the Arnold Law Firm, Mr. Chaikin oversees the firm’s litigation strategy, compliance initiatives, and case development, ensuring that every matter is pursued with integrity, innovation, and excellence. His leadership reflects the firm’s mission: to provide powerful legal representation while advancing fairness and accountability in the civil justice system

In addition to his national class action practice, Mr. Chaikin is deeply committed to public service. He serves as a Guardian ad Litem in Collier County, Florida, representing children in the court system and advocating for their safety, stability, and best interests.
