On April 30, 2024, Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. (“Panda”) reported a cybersecurity incident (“Data Breach”) to the Office of the Maine Attorney General. This public report came after Panda detected suspicious activity in its network on March 10, 2024. A subsequent investigation revealed that an unauthorized party had accessed Panda’s network between March 7 and 11, 2024. On April 15, 2024, Panda confirmed that the compromised files included full names, Social Security numbers, and dates of birth.

Currently, there is no available information on the number of individuals affected. As the Data Breach was only recently announced, Panda has yet to release any additional details. If you received a Breach Letter from Panda, it means you were affected by the Data Breach.
