Ella Boggus focuses her practice on representing individuals and families who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of others. Her practice includes motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, dog bite cases, and other personal injury matters. Ella is committed to helping injured clients navigate the legal process while aggressively pursuing the compensation they deserve.
Before joining Arnold Law Firm, Ella practiced personal injury litigation with another prominent California plaintiff’s firm, where she managed a diverse litigation caseload and represented clients through all stages of the claims and litigation process. Prior to becoming an attorney, she gained extensive experience working in the legal field as a law clerk and legal support professional, providing her with a unique perspective on every stage of case development and client advocacy.
Ella earned her Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from California State University, Sacramento, and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from American River College. During law school, she received the McGeorge Diverse Graduate Bar Support Stipend, earned her Practical Training of Law Students (PTLS) Certification, and was nominated for the McGeorge Graduating Senior Award.
Admitted to the State Bar of California in 2024, Ella has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for 2026. She is actively involved in the Sacramento legal community and serves on the Board of Directors for Unfettered Path, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women and children fleeing domestic violence.
Born and raised in the Sacramento region, Ella is passionate about serving her local community and advocating for those whose lives have been impacted by serious injuries. Outside of practicing law, she enjoys traveling, exploring California’s coast and wine country, and spending time with her two children, family, and friends.
