Intake Specialist

Leena Hemdan, a native of Elk Grove, California, graduated from Elk Grove High School in 2016, where she served as class president for four years and participated in Mock Trial. She went on to earn associate degrees in Communication, Liberal Arts, and Social Studies from Cosumnes River College in 2019 and, later, a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Sacramento State University in 2022.

In October 2023, Leena joined the Arnold Law Firm as a Client Intake Specialist. In this role, she serves as the first point of contact for potential clients, carefully gathering important case details and providing crucial support to the firm’s legal team. Her exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for helping others ensure that every client feels heard and supported during the intake process.

Leena’s diverse background in customer service and leadership—gained through her roles as a server, training coordinator, and shift supervisor at Romano’s Macaroni Grill, assistant manager at Chick-fil-A, and service trainer at Yardhouse—has equipped her with the skills to excel in her current position. In addition to her role at the law firm, she continues to work as a server and banquet server at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse.

Driven by her desire to ensure fairness in the justice system, Leena plans to attend law school and complete her master’s program. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to the beach, spending time with family, and caring for her pets.
