Larisa Stepanchuk was born in Zinkivtsi, a small town in Ukraine. In 1995, she and her family moved to the United States in search of better health care for her severely ill mother. They settled in Sacramento.

After graduation from high school in 2002, Ms. Stepanchuk attended Fresno Pacific University, a Christian liberal arts institution. She moved back to Sacramento in 2004, continuing her education at American River College.

In 2006, Ms. Stepanchuk joined the Arnold Law Firm as a receptionist and was soon promoted to a legal assistant position. She currently assists attorney Anthony Ontiveros. She has been a Notary Public and a member of the National Notary Association since 2007. In addition to English, Ms. Stepanchuk is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian.

Ms. Stepanchuk finds her work at the Arnold Law Firm both challenging and rewarding. She likes the fast pace and constantly learning new things. She finds helping people who might otherwise not have a voice in our justice system the most rewarding part of her job.

Away from work, Ms. Stepanchuk enjoys snowboarding and other outdoor activities along with drawing, painting, reading and spending time with her son, Kaden.
