Hugo Flores-Nava

Office Administrator

Hugo is originally from San Diego. He worked as a medical coder, records clerk, and physician liaison at a local hospital. He later managed a medical coding firm, overseeing day-to-day operations and client relations. After several years, Hugo relocated to Los Angeles, where he worked at a personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills as their sole records clerk. His records management duties required that he collaborate with the firm’s case managers, liens administrator, and demand writer.

In 2018, Hugo moved further north to Sacramento. He joined the Arnold Law Firm as a receptionist, became a pre-litigation assistant, and then moved into a Case Management position. His experience with computer software allowed Hugo to become the firm’s case management program administrator. Hugo’s commitment to continuous improvement is evident in his work on automation and workflows. He is currently part of the leadership team and is growing his skills as the Office Administrator.

During his time off, Mr. Flores-Nava likes to explore Sacramento with his partner and their three puppies. He also enjoys hiking, watching sports, dancing, having a great brunch, and tackling any do-it-yourself project.
