Hugo Flores-Nava was born in Cuernavaca, the capital of Morelos, Mexico. When he was just a year old, his family moved to San Diego, California, where he was raised along with his four siblings.
Mr. Flores-Nava worked as a medical coder and physician liaison at a San Diego hospital and later managed a private medical coding firm, overseeing all day-to-day operations and client relations.
After several years, Mr. Flores-Nava relocated to Los Angeles where he worked at a personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills as their sole records clerk. His records management duties required that he collaborate with the firm’s case managers, liens administrator and demand writer. His knowledge in medical coding helped audit and validate all billing and medical necessity.
2018 brought Mr. Flores-Nava further north to Sacramento. He joined the Arnold Law Firm as a pre-litigation assistant to Karen Lee and Gonzalo Sandoval. He is grateful for the opportunity to work with and learn from such experienced individuals as he continues his career in personal injury law.
During his time off, Mr. Flores-Nava likes to spend time exploring Sacramento with his partner and their two puppies. He enjoys hiking, watching sports, dancing, enjoying a great brunch, and tackling any do-it-yourself project.
