Winnie Blankenship
Winnie Blankenship was born in Forte Campbell, Kentucky, but grew up in the Sacramento area, graduating from John F. Kennedy High School in 1996. She enrolled in Sacramento City College and at the same time joined G-Tech Corp., the contractor for the California Lottery. Ms. Blankenship enjoyed the job and put school on hold in favor of gaining work experience and starting her family.
After leaving G-Tech, Ms. Blankenship was able to stay home with her young children while running a daycare service; her license allowed her to care for up to 14 children. In 2003, Ms. Blankenship resumed her career outside the home in various office-support positions.
Ms. Blankenship joined the Arnold Law Firm in 2010, where she puts her customer service experience to work on behalf of the firm’s clients. “Great service shows people that you really care about them,” Ms. Blankenship says, and her guiding principle is simply to treat people as she would like to be treated.
Away from work, Ms. Blankenship enjoys spending time with her children and her animals. She and her children love camping, boating, rafting and watching movies.
