Meet Our Staff
The staff at the Arnold Law Firm are very special and talented people. They take pride in their jobs and enjoy working with the attorneys and their clients.
In addition to working together, they enjoy going to community and charity events such as Walk For Thought, The Race For The Cure, and many other events.
Patricia Bolaños was born in Mexico, spending much of her early childhood backpacking through Baja California with her grandmother and younger sisters. Eventually, her elders brought her to reside with her mother in San Francisco, a city that she fondly thinks of as home. Ms. Bolaños moved to Sacramento in 2000 with her family.
Ms. Bolaños’ passion for people led her to a career in sales throughout the Bay Area and Sacramento while she raised her three children. She now brings her exceptional communication skills and kind demeanor to our clients as receptionist for the Arnold Law Firm.
Joy Davis grew up in the California Delta, living in many places along the Sacramento and San Joaquin rivers. In 1990, she married her husband, Scotty, and moved to Sacramento.
Mrs. Davis began working part-time as a legal secretary at age 16 and eventually earned her legal assistant certificate in 1997. She joined the Arnold Law Firm in 2002, working as a paralegal and helping in the IT department.
Susie Duenas was born in Sacramento, California, and raised in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta in the small town of Courtland. She graduated with honors from Delta High School in 2000 and received an Associate Degree in Science in 2001 from Western Career College.
Ms. Duenas was the president of the Western Career College Student Chapter of International Associations of Administrative Professionals and received academic honors for her scholastic efforts.
Melissa Gillet was raised in Stockton, California, and attended St. Mary's High School, where she played volleyball, basketball, and softball. She graduated from San Joaquin Delta College with honorable mentions, receiving a Certificate in Law Enforcement and four Associate Degrees: Social & Behavioral Sciences, Arts and Humanities, Teacher Education, and Law Enforcement Associate in Science.
Melissa Gillet currently works for the Arnold Law Firm as a Legal Assistant. Ms. Gillet is also a full-time student at California State University, Sacramento, where she was accepted into their Criminal Justice Program. Her goal is achieving a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice before attending law school. Read more....
Karen Lee is a Sacramento native who began working as a legal secretary in 1988. She moved from that to managing a commercial real estate development company for one of the law firms clients in 1995.
Her career course shifted again in 2000, when she was given the opportunity to work for a private investigator who specialized in insurance defense work. She obtained her private investigators license in 2006. As a case manager, she works closely with the attorneys in pre-litigation cases.
Connie McComb was born in Roseville, California, and grew up in nearby Loomis and Granite Bay. She loved living in the foothills and riding her horses in parades. She won many awards in barrel racing, including third overall in the Northern District of California.
Ms. McComb received her legal secretary certificate in 1987 and has since taken several paralegal classes at Professional Legal Academy and Riverside Community College. She has been a legal assistant for 29 years, having worked in corporate acquisitions, general business, bankruptcy, tax, environmental, health care, funeral, medical malpractice, civil subrogation, plaintiff personal injury, mass torts, class action and product liability law. She has been a Notary Public since 1988. Read more....
Dianne McDaniel brings more than 20 years of bookkeeping experience to the Arnold Law Firm, gained from working in various industries, such as non-profit entities, the Florida Public School System, and a Workers Compensation Legal Firm. Ms. McDaniel has an excellent eye for detail, provides structure to daily functions and responsibilities of the accounting department, and unparalleled organizational abilities.
Due to both her father and ex-husband being enlisted in the United States Air Force, she has lived in Florida, New Jersey, California, and even Germany. She is a mother of two and a grandmother of four.
Sue McManus was born in Tomahawk, Wisconsin, and raised on an 80-acre cattle and horse ranch. She learned at an early age the meaning of hard work and work ethics.
In 1972, her family moved to Beckley, West Virginia, where she graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School. During that time, she worked for the Raleigh Register and Beckley Post Herald newspaper company, traveling more than 300 miles a day to deliver newspapers to more than 500 customers.
Jennifer Norris is a legal assistant with the Arnold Law Firm, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the personal injury legal field. A native of Nevada, she worked with some of the top attorneys in Las Vegas.
In 2010, Ms. Norris was ready for new challenges and moved to Northern California. Her diverse background and knowledge of the laws of multiple states makes her a unique asset to the firm.
Tiffany T. Redden is the Marketing Director of the Arnold Law Firm. As a native of Carmichael, California, she brings a long-term perspective of our local community. She graduated from Loretto High School and California State University, Sacramento, where she studied Business Administration with a Marketing Concentration.
Ms. Redden brings two decades of marketing and communications experience garnered from working within varied industries, such as surgical supply, real estate finance and transportation.
Gonzalo Sandoval was born in Santiago, Chile, and came to the United States in 1976. He attended schools in Florida and Alaska before settling in Sacramento and earning a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the California State University. He also obtained a Juris Doctor in 2011.
Morris S. Scheiber was born and raised in Sacramento. In 2013, he graduated with a 4.33 GPA from Pleasant Grove High School. Following his interest in medicine, Mr. Scheiber attended San Diego State University.
He eventually decided to redirect his focus to another long-term passion - mathematics. Mr. Scheiber currently attends Sacramento City College with the goal of transferring to CSU Sacramento to earn a degree in accounting.
Larisa Stepanchuk was born in Zinkivtsi, a small town in Ukraine. In 1995, she and her family moved to the United States in search of better health care for her severely ill mother. They settled in Sacramento. After graduation from high school in 2002, Ms. Stepanchuk attended Fresno Pacific University, a Christian liberal arts institution. She moved back to Sacramento in 2004, continuing her education at American River College.
In 2006, Ms. Stepanchuk joined the Arnold Law Firm as a receptionist and was soon promoted to a legal assistant position.
