Kiersta’s Corner
After a gazillion meetings with clients on every sort of case you can imagine, I find myself having the same conversations over and over again, sometimes with clients and sometimes with myself. Most of my conversations are in response to one of the following three questions:
1. That slime ball injured me! How can you say it wasn’t negligence?
2. I’m telling you that this accident caused this injury! Why aren’t you listening to me?
3. Whaddaya mean he won’t have to pay my medical bill?
Thus, you have what passes for my FAQ page, where I will address all these questions; not all at once and maybe not to your satisfaction. However, I’m in the book. Feel free to call, or e-mail, or write, or join my fan club and sing my praises . . . or just send chocolate and we’ll call it a day.
