Gonzalo “Sal” Sandoval

Gonzalo “Sal” Sandoval was born in Santiago, Chile, and came to the United States in 1976. Mr. Sandoval attended schools in Florida and Alaska before settling in Sacramento and earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University in 1980. Mr. Sandoval is currently pursuing a law degree at Northwestern California University School of Law, and he expects to take the State Bar exam soon after receiving his Juris Doctor degree.

Mr. Sandoval worked in the insurance industry for more than 25 years as a claims adjuster. He was a highly regarded catastrophe adjuster with extensive experience in large property and casualty losses. He traveled around the country and overseas as the designated large-commercial-property adjuster for Lloyd’s of London. In 1999, Mr. Sandoval was appointed an independent adjuster for the Los Angeles County Superior Court’s administrative team for post-earthquake investigation and readjustment of Northridge earthquake claims in the Sherman v. Allstate Class Action Settlement.
In 2007, Mr. Sandoval became the Arnold Law Firm’s first case manager. His many years of work in the insurance industry give him a unique perspective of the plight of individuals injured through the negligence of others. He knows the system well and understands the importance of competently representing the interests of injured victims. In his case manager role, he relishes the daily opportunities to help accident victims and plays a very important role in the firm’s commitment to the legal needs of the Hispanic community. When Mr. Sandoval eventually becomes a lawyer, he expects to be a fair but unrelenting trial attorney.
