Erik A. Gutierrez

Mr. Gutierrez is a native Sacramentan who is committed to the highest level of service to his clients.  He attended the University of California, Davis and obtained his bachelors degree in 2007. During college, Mr. Gutierrez was actively involved in legal workshops that focused on assisting the local community.  Hoping to build on his experience and to continue serving the community, he decided to attend law school.

Mr. Gutierrez attended and graduated from UC Davis School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 2010.  Along with his Juris Doctor degree, UC Davis School of Law also awarded Mr. Gutierrez with pro bono and public interest certificates, to highlight his dedication to service.  Mr. Gutierrez was admitted to the California Bar in 2010.

During law school, Mr. Gutierrez clerked with the UC Davis Immigration Law Clinic, the Office of the Federal Defender for the Eastern District of California, and the California Attorney General’s Office.  Additionally, Mr. Gutierrez was actively involved with La Raza Law Students Association and was also an editor for the Environs: Environmental Law and Policy Journal.

After law school, Mr. Gutierrez worked in private practice in San Joaquin County as a general practitioner.  Mr. Gutierrez’s practice area focused on personal injury, Americans with Disabilities cases, and criminal defense.  Mr. Gutierrez brings his passion to serving clients to the Arnold Law Firm.  He is committed to obtaining justice for his clients and achieving the highest level of customer service.  He is also a member of the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association and Consumer Attorneys of California.

In his free time, Mr. Gutierrez enjoys playing the guitar, and learning piano and drums.
